Landscape photography is probably my least favorite genre of photography. I enjoy details which is probably why I like macro photography so well. I'm rarely inspired to photograph a landscape but spending quality time on Jim and Jane's deck in Sisters, OR looking at this view for a few days made me give it a try. For the record, this photo does NOT do this view justice. It's absolutely beautiful! Friday night featured a gorgeous pink sunset but unfortunately I was stuck inside trying to get restless and excited kids to go to sleep in a sleeping bags in a strange place. Thus, the daytime photo.
