Day 88: December 2, 2011
I took the kids location scouting with me in Salem. When I'm location scouting I'm just looking at backgrounds and lighting so I just ask the kids to stand somewhere and don't care if they look at me or not. I usually trash most of the photos I take but this one I kept because I think Ethan's bored expression is kind of cute!
Day 87: December 1, 2011
I discovered that the golden morning light is absolutely fabulous on the side of our house. Too bad there's not much space! And nevermind Ethan's outfit that he put together himself, the boy has the oddest fashion sense.

Day 85: November 29, 2011

Day 84: November 28, 2011
Took the kids to the field behind our house for some photos for fun today. When we left the house the sun was out, but by the time we scooted on the scooters around the block the clouds were back. Ah well, it worked. I love this photo of Ethan with his crazy hair!

Found this tiny purple flower on a neighbor's bush out exploring in the afternoon. Tired of the slim pickings in our small yard!

I barely caught the last bit of evening sunlight tonight but it made for some really cool bokeh. The circle of light to the left is the sun through all the brambles!
